TVM FAQs

TVM is available upon request to all customers who have a Z-20 or Z-150 videophone or who use Z5 Mobile.

For this service, all of the callers must call in from a Z70, Z-20, Z-150, a Mac or PC with Z5 software, or an iOS or Android mobile device with Z5 Mobile installed.

TVM can hold up to 20 people. For best viewing, we encourage up to 12 people. Also, TVM allows one hearing caller, which means you use one interpreter in a TVM.

The call connection will be available 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. The call will automatically disconnect 15 minutes after the scheduled end time.

No. There is no cost to use TVM.

Yes. You are asked to submit a request at least 48 hours in advance to ensure the availability on our TVM server. Click here to submit a TVM request.
